- SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION - Orders for the Mattress & Box Spring will be shipped from a manufacturing plant within approximately 1-2 weeks of receipt of your order. You will then receive a shipment notification from Amazon that your order has shipped. Please note that this indicates your order is en route to a local delivery agent who will contact you to advise date of delivery to your home.
- Deliveries are made Monday-Friday and maybe an addition 1-2 weeks. Prior to signing for the delivery of the bed, it is important that you inspect the mattress and box spring carefully for damage that may have occurred due to shipping. While this does not happen often, if there is any type of damage, it is important that you refuse the bed and contact us immediately.
- We will do our best to deliver another bed to you as soon as possible. In the event of any unanticipated delays with your delivery, we recommend that you do not remove the old bed until you receive your new bed. Please note it is your responsibility to assemble the bed frame prior to the scheduled delivery of your mattress. The delivery company is not responsible for this assembly.
- RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS OF THIS ITEM - Mattress & Box Spring items are NOT returnable. Cancellations of this item are subject to a 20% cancellation/warehousing/restocking fee.

In fairness I'm like that even when I wake up on someone's floor, but this bed makes it all the more difficult.
My obsession with Westin started when I had stayed there once, loved the bed, and said when I need a new bed this will be it. It cost more than I thought it would but I'm very happy with my decision.
I'm generally apprehensive about pillow tops since beds without enough "spring" in their surface make me uncomfortable. Tempurpedic mattresses, for example, are like sleeping in a giant bean bag chair -- which has its appeal in theory -- but wouldn't actually work. There's no counter-resistance so you just sink as dead weight, and trying to move is like trying to breast-stroke your way across a pool filled with jam.

I was thinking I should write a review based on my first hand use over an extended period of time. I brag about my mattress regularly. In fact, it's so nice I insist my parents sleep in my room when they visit. (without me.) Soft, sturdy, plush. This mattress does not flip but after 5 years I don't care. Wlll buy again. I hope it lasts another 5 years! Still in great condition.

We are using the recommended frame and box and we are not overweight. The return process doesn't exist and the seller "Westin at Home" immediately dished us off to the warranty claims at Simmons. This is highly convoluted and we are still in the middle of it. This is not the same bed that Westin has in their hotel! Buyer beware.
