Best Bed EVER, August 3, 2011 This review is from: Sealy Embody Introspection Memory Foam Mattress - King- Set We had a full size air mattress that was losing air and was killing my back. We purchased a Simmons Beautyrest plush/firm which was very nice, but HOT and, it started sagging so bad within one month that the inspector came out and thought we had it over 2 years.. so anyway, we were offered an replacement, but decided to go with the Sealy Embody Introspection instead. I wanted a memory foam bed because I heard it was good for joints/back, but decided on Sealy because it was not as outrageously priced as others. I cannot tell you how happy we are with our new king size bed!!! It did not have the chemical smell, at all... It is not hot as some memory foam mattresses are cited to be and it is the most comfortable thing I have ever laid on. It is very soft when you get in, which gives you the "aaah" factor, but it almost feels firmer the longer you lay in it, but not in an uncomfortable way. We didn't know before buying it if we wanted an innerspring, memory foam, latex, etc.-- we just knew we wanted comfortable, with support, and something other than our 10 y.o. monstrosity. We decided on this memoryfoam because if one person turns, you can't feel it on the other side of the bed, and one of us tends to shift positions frequently at night. Then we narrowed down our search between the Sealy line and the Tempurpedic brand. To be honest, the Tempurpedics felt TOO firm initially, and then once the conformed to your body, they felt hot and you had to really exert a lot of effort to turn over. The Sealy line felt cooler, and were initially softer but still provided the support we wanted. This mattress is at the lower end of the Sealy memoryfoam line's price range, but still felt comparable to their more expensive models. Even better yet, this mattress set was less than half the...
